A Fellow and Management Graduate in the area of Human Resources with nearly 25 years’ of rich experience covering academic-teaching and management-level employment, including 15 years in corporate sector in senior level HR positions. He has done his Belbin Accreditation, UK. He is Inner Most Certified Coach along with Master NLP Practitioner. He is founder member of Enneagram Academy of India. Currently he heads Organization Behavior at Xavier Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He has authored two books and a number of research papers. He has facilitated programs on a wide range of topic in the area of leadership and managerial development, for leading organizations in the corporate and academic sectors. He has won 12 best research paper awards besides being the Chairperson for 5 International Research Conferences. He has also been the recipient of the prestigious awards such as Best Professor in Human Resources Management awarded by World HRD Congress on 15th February 2017, BharatJyoti Guru Gaurav Vidhya Ratan Award 2021 and he has been featured in Top 100 Professors Teachers and Researchers by Foxclues – India Prime Awards 2021.
