I opted in for a Thomas cook package wherein Crown Pattaya Beach hotel was included in the entire package.

The reception was good. The staff understands and speaks English and Thai. Cooperative and well trained staff. Its a 3 star hotel in Pattaya and has all the amenities from Gym, Swimming pool, Spa, Free wifi etc.

We had a stay for 4 nights and 3 days. The best part of this hotel is that its just 4 mins walk from the beach. Check in time is 2pm till midnight and checkout time is 12 noon.
